I always make my Ground Turkey Chili but this time added some Quinoia to it and it was very delicious and lots of protein in this meal! Recipe: Fry up your Ground Turkey with your own choice seasonings, I add about 1 tsp -2 tsp of Chili Powder and onions, bell pepper, 2 cans of Ranch style Beans drained, 2 cans of Diced Tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 cup of Quinoia....stir all together and lets simmer for about 30 min....Enjoy!

I’m learning so much about what I’m putting into my body!

Today I looked at the ingredients in my Instant Decaf tea and found Maltodextrin, then I looked at my Stevia Powder packets and there also was Maltodextrin! So I looked up that word and guess what its made from….Corn and wheat! YIKES Im supposedly allergic to these two ingredients…so I guess I will boil the tea bag and use Stevia Liquid which doesn’t have Maltodextrin in it!

Veganaise Instead of Mayonnaise

This is my favorite "Mayo" to use for Tuna Fish...spread on Whole Wheat bread for a sandwich etc...you can buy at Health Food stores! Vegenaise ® is free of eggs, milk products, wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, and starch. Soy protein is used in very small amounts as an emulsifier and comprises less than 2 percent of the total product. Becuase tolerance to allergens varies considerably, to be safe, people with sensitivity to soy should consult their physician regarding the advisability of testing this product.

This is my favorite Hummus! Roasted Red Pepper and its delish on anything you put it on ..from salads, to tortillas, or us it to dip in your veggies!
I love these Brown Rice Tortillas! I have one just about everyday, either with Eggs, Bacon (thats nitrate free) and Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on it...or I use my own Black Bean Hummus and have Ground Turkey that I have fried up and lots of salad stuff added to it, it makes a huge Taco!
