Man meal alert! Super tasty and satisfying meal to fill your tummy that is a guaranteed husband pleaser! I threw stuff in as I went so my measurements are guesses...This recipe was copied from THM facebook page by Eden Alexandra Sauder
Meat Chunks & Gravy: In a crockpot, throw- 1 pound of stew meat 2 or 3 cups of water 1 tsp beef bouillon 1 cup tomato sauce 1 or 2 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp basil A few shakes oregano 1 tsp dried garlic 1 onion chopped fine 1 pepper chopped fine A few chopped olives Photatoes: In a blender or food processor: Mashed Cauliflower recipe from the book 2 or three T sour cream 1 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp garlic 1/4 tsp onion powder I cooked if for like 7 hours but it was done way sooner! Also I took about half a cup out and slowly added glucie to thicken up some for gravy. The rest of the juice I will save for something else.
