Spaghetti Squash
Cut this in half and bake for 45 min upside down on cookie sheet...then scoop out the stringy "spaghetti" flesh on the inside...fill with Cooked Ground Turkey and Pasta sauce
These are awesome...and so filling and you can have 2 for Breakfast...just take out of freezer and pop in the fridge for the next morning then heat in micro for 30 seconds....recipe site below
